Description

AMASE Summer School 2024

The AMASE summer school is developed in the context of the project “Advanced Materials Science for Advanced STEM Education”.

It is designed for teaching professionals in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). It will introduce teachers to the concept of Advanced Materials and focus on bridging the gap between advanced technologies and applications in the real world and STEM education in the classroom. Through inquiry-based science learning participants develop, improve and enhance their teaching skills and practices. The AMASE educational material target students from 12-18 years old and the project’s aim is to stimulate youngsters to choose a STEM- profession and engage in activities that promote the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.

The AMASE Summer School 2024 is organized under the auspices of the European School Innovation Academy (ESIA
